Developing and seting up long term route strategies in cooperation with the Pricing and Demand Analyst teams on a dedicated set of routes in order to optimize revenue at a route level ensuring network revenue is maximized/ Defining and implementing an effective process between Flight Analyst, Demand Analyst and Pricing team to regularly review POS/OD demand using standardized reports, understand trends and market dynamics that will assist in attaining the optimal seat availability/ Determine strengths and weaknesses across route groups and implement initiatives and processes to maximizing revenue opportunity through inventory control, driving of tactical activity, re-fleeting of aircraft capacity etc./ Analysing revenue Management, Revenue Accounting, MIDT and any other company information sources and deploy demand and inventory strategies to improve route revenue performance
