During my time in the design team at Accenture Interactive Amsterdam I worked for various clients and industries and my role included the following areas:User ResearchI conduct and synthesise interviews and visualise insights through e.g. persona profiles and customer journey maps. Often this research is about people's behaviour, needs and their relation to new technologies. Here my goal is to identify moments that matter most and then shape this experience.Service DesignFrom the research, I derive new service opportunities and visually map them out in service blueprints to tell a holistic story about a company’s strategy on the font- and back stage.Product Design I design user interfaces, their information structure and use flow. Thereby, I go quickly from sketching to digital tools e.g. Sketch, Proto.io or Invision. I’m not bound to any medium.Prototyping & TestingI create interactive prototypes and test their usability and experience with users to iteratively improve the product to suit user goals. In discovery sprints I use prototype testing to validate the desirability of a concept.Facilitating Design Sprints and Discovery SprintsI set-up and lead Design Sprints in a co-creative way, involving clients, experts or end users.

In my master thesis I reframed the future of emergency care, applying the Vision in Product Design framework developed by my mentor Matthijs van Dijk. I worked together with Frank Goethals from Pontes Medical, the healthcare innovation department of the University Medical Center Utrecht and my 2nd mentor Quiel Beekman who both supported me in user research and participatory design at the hospital's emergency department. Delft & Hong Kong

I closely worked together with three companies by facilitating workshops which resulted in new product ideas or strategic service solutions during “FlightCase” – a study-trip in which students from different master tracks performed a research and brand analysis phase in the Netherlands and went to Hong Kong for three weeks. We explored our capabilities and proved our added value in a professional international setting while immersing in a new culture.

I planned, did acquisition and execution of creative one-day “pressure cooker” workshops for a four-day study-trip, in which we created innovative ideas for PSL, Staatsbosbeheer, Woodyshousing and XS Platforms. Furthermore I participated in an innovation case for Auping.

For half a year I worked in the team of FLUID (LUNAR Europe), which is a creative consultancy located in Munich with international experience in a wide range of different fields ranging from industrial design, user experience design, interface design, insights & strategy and design for healthcare.
