Change. It happens everywhere. In every organization. We all know initiatives and projects aiming to improve quality and efficiency as well as to reduce costs. These initiatives and projects have one thing in common: They only succeed if people change the way their way of working. I am a passionate Process Manager (Lean Six Sigma) and Prosci certified Change Practitioner with a sound experience in leading operations and successfully delivering business initiatives. Clear processes and structure, change and people are the four things I am enthusiastic about. Throughout the last 14 years, I have gained valuable experience in all aspects of HR. My roles included hands-on tasks (from Talent Attraction & Development, HR BP to HR Administration and Payroll) as well as strategic change and transformation initiatives.I see my role as Process and Change Manager as a bridge builder. Bridges between different teams, departments and hierarchy roles. In various change, implementation and transformation projects, I successfully bridged the gap between IT and Business organizations and became a trusted advisor for our internal and external customers.
