Clear processes and structure, change and people are the four things I am enthusiastic about. Throughout the last 14 years, I have gained valuable experience in all aspects of HR. My roles included hands-on tasks (from Talent Attraction & Development, HR BP to HR Administration and Payroll) as well as strategic change and transformation initiatives.I see my role as Process and Change Manager as a bridge builder. Bridges between different teams, departments and hierarchy roles. In various change, implementation and transformation projects, I successfully bridged the gap between IT and Business organizations and became a trusted advisor for our internal and external customers.
