I am a passionate Process Manager (Lean Six Sigma) and Prosci certified Change Practitioner with a sound experience in leading operations and successfully delivering business initiatives. My roles included hands-on tasks (from Talent Attraction & Development, HR BP to HR Administration and Payroll) as well as strategic change and transformation initiatives.I see my role as Process and Change Manager as a bridge builder. In various change, implementation and transformation projects, I successfully bridged the gap between IT and Business organizations and became a trusted advisor for our internal and external customers.
