Currently working at Trafford Housing Trust as an Energy advisor, supporting tenants by giving advice around energy saving in the home whilst also dealing with any other issues that arise with their energy providers. I was previously a Green Doctor with Groundwork supporting vulnerable people in their homes and over the phone. I give energy advice, fit small energy saving measure and deal with energy providers on the customers behalf. I make sure they are on the correct tariff and change them if necessary, and I also check their water tariffs to see if I can help there too.
