This position required me to enter hundreds of patient files into the EPIC medical software each day. I accurately entered these files and checked for correctness in a timely manner. I also learned how to work with clients' insurance company's policies and enter their guarantor information accurately. I organized and sorted hundreds of dermatology pathology slides each day in an organized and efficient manner.

I worked with children as young as kindergarteners, up to seniors in high school. I was required to be proficient in, but also teach basic math, algebra, calculus, geometry, along with many other mathematic focuses. This wide age gap of students required me to learn to adapt my skills and methods of teaching to the appropriate audience. I was required to develop age and skill-level appropriate lesson plans and ensure that the students were capable of understanding the material presented.I split my focus between four to five students at a time while the center was as peak hours. I had to quickly shift my focus to each different student that I worked with to remember their strengths and weaknesses, as well as what they were working with at the time.

This position worked mainly with children, but it still required a vast array of organizational and time management skills. While working with the children, I ensured their safety throughout the duration of the party. I also created a fun and engaging environment that expanded my social and entertaining skills for children of various ages. Beyond my time with the children, I assisted in the scheduling of an upwards of 75 parties a month with parents and customers. This required organization skills, as well as time management, in order to fit in the most possible customers without overpacking a schedule. I explained and managed finances of individual parties to make customers aware of their financial responsibilities. I ensured the satisfaction and positive experiences of guests to create regularly returning customers.
