Take calls from clients looking for service, information, connections etc.Enter calls into a variety of systems and dispatch out technicians for the BC ProvinceFollowing up with various in-house staff to ensure invoicing has all of the information they need to produce invoices

My responsibilities include talking with customers and taking service calls. Opening service tickets to be dispatched, invoicing jobs either progress invoices or service calls when completed. Dispatching Service Technicians, ordering material, providing small quotes, coordinating sub-trades and following up with technicians to ensure the job is complete. Following up with customers including handling complaints, dispute resolution, invoicing questions and further service calls. Duties also include office administration such as office equipment purchases/leases, uniforms, garbage service, computer software and hardware. Coordinate service meetings, manage social invitations to various client/staff social functions (up to 500 invites). Work with and support Owner and Project managers. General "go to" person and related duties.

Dispatch service technicians, open service tickets and quoted projects. Invoice service tickets and some quoted jobs. Provide customer service including problem solving, follow up and providing quotes to customers.Order business cards, order and maintain office equipment. Provide computer support in office and liaise with IT Support. Help with company social functions. Provide Go - To service to other staff and office team members.
