Dechert LLP- Responsible for coordination of Outlook calendars, conferring with local staff and vendors to schedule meetings. Standard duties may include booking conference rooms, scheduling conference calls, coordinating video conferences, and arranging webinars.- Accountable for all meetings arranged for the CIO and IT Directors. Responsible for relaying all catering, video, and audio requests to the appropriate parties and inserting the data into the Conference system.- Responsible for ensuring that all visitors' needs are met; arranging rooms, booking travel, granting security access, etc...- Responsible for arranging IT training sessions and awarding credits for course completion. - Responsible for monthly metrics report documenting department productivity in an effort to better serve the client.

Feldman Shepherd-Responsible for collection and organization for case files including but not limited to correspondence, memorandum, medical records, depositions, pleadings, subpoenas, complaints, and legal certifications. -Responsible for the tracking and documentation of all legal and medical documentation provided by the client, defense council, or any other parties involved in a legal suit. -Accountable for all filing entering the records department and the organization thereof. Responsible for making certain all documents are filed accurately and systematically as to be easily accessible when prepping for trial.-Responsible for coordinating with legal staff to ensure that all closed case files are disposed of in a timely and ethical manner with client approval.

Cozen O'Connor-Responsible for maintaining conference floor ensuring that all client needs are satisfied (typically 100+ clients daily)-Responsible for management of the conference floor hospitality team (3 person team).-Responsible for organizing, editing, and canceling meeting reservations as necessary.-Responsible for ensuring the appropriate clients/departments are invoiced for meetings and events.-Responsible for coordinating with vendors on a weekly basis to ensure all supplies are delivered properly.-Responsible for supervising outsourced personnel (up to 15 employees) during special events (30+ events annually).
