•Reviews final documents for completeness and accuracy •Acts as a point of contact between all parties involved in closing transactions •Coordinates closing proceedings and ensures all parties are informed about grant/closing requirements •Resolves problems and answers questions that arise during closings •Obtains information on outstanding documents •Tracks final documents and generates reports to verify that corrections occur in a timely manner •Understands and complies with policies, laws, regulations, and program guidelines, especially federal CDBG regulations •Supervises other staff as assigned •Performs other duties as required
