I handle calls, emails, and program changes and help to maintain the organization of the gym, as well as input student evaluations. I also supervise and assist our coaching team (15-20 members) and train incoming coaches and volunteers. I handle most complaints and service recovery, trying to help parents find solutions for full classes or timeslot changes.I also work on graphic design (through Canva) for our Instagram page and website design (HTML, CSS, and Java) for our main website.

The event was attended by DM Amber Morley and both American and Canadian DoorDash executives.Spent one week with our food bank, closet/clothing program, and Hope with Wheels (outreach to the homeless supplying food, clothing, and toiletries) to understand the vision of the organization and appeal more directly to potential sponsors.
