The Bunny Hive is an elevated social club for little ones, age two weeks to kindergarten, and their grownups. We offer a wide variety of regularly scheduled classes that grownups attend with their children, including art, music, sensory, ballet, baby massage, culinary exploration, storytime, and more – as well as social events and pop-up workshops for grownups. The Bunny Hive is loved for its warm culture that prioritizes inclusivity, its aesthetically beautiful space, and its engaging classes and events that facilitate meaningful connections.

• Successfully launched The First Tee of the Virginia Blue Ridge, impacting 5,947 children in year one• Passionately championed The First Tee mission by conducting TV and radio interviews, creating newspaper ads and print marketing, and establishing a presence on social media, leading to a revived First Tee brand in the community• Presented and executed organization strategy and goals by developing three year plan through analysis of demographics, potential partnerships and budget constraints• Led development committee in coordinating fundraisers and managing relationships with corporate partners and major donors to raise over $190,000 in 2016• Responsible for budget development, monthly financial reports and forecasting• Established and fostered relationships with 5 like-minded youth development organizations, 23 elementary schools, 2 golf courses and community leaders to deliver impactful programs• Maintained a budget surplus by negotiating fee structures with golf courses and community partners for facility use to deliver series of spring, summer and fall programs
