Represent police officers and municipalities in a wide range of legal matters involving allegations of police misconduct, including claims of wrongful conviction, false arrest, excessive force, malicious prosecution, due process violations, illegal search and seizure, conspiracy, "Brady"violations, Section 1983 claims, unconstitutional practices and policies, wrongful death, and willful wanton conduct in both state and federal court in the State of Illinois. Also represent various employers in discrimination actions, violations of the IL Whistleblower Act, pregnancy discrimination claims, and disability discrimination claims in both state and federal court. We also provide representation before the EEOC, Illinois Department of Human Rights, Illinois Human Rights Commission, the Chicago Commission on Human Relations, and Cook County Commission on Human Rights for claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Family and Medical Leave Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Fair Housing Act, ADA, Rehabilitation Act, and IL Human Rights Act.

Represented a private medical staffing company and their providers in a correctional healthcare setting in civil rights litigation in state and federal court in the Northern District of Illinois.

Represented the State of Illinois and its employees in Section 1983 claims through all phases of litigation in state and federal court in the Central and Southern District of Illinois. Second chaired federal jury trial to verdict.

Responsible for case management and limited motion practice for a small criminal defense firm in the downtown Chicago area primarily handling complex criminal litigation matters in both state and federal court.

Responsible for case management, client management, and limited motion practice, of common tort, conflict of laws, Section 1983, Title IX, and Title VII related claims for a boutique Boston based firm.
