Crowe Horwath is a national accounting and finance firm. Servicing ten full time offices in Western Victoria (Geelong, Ballarat, Werribee, Torquay, Ocean Grove, Colac, Camperdown, Warrnambool, Hamilton, Stawell, Ararat), I provided business development advice and support to over 200 Advisors in 9 key services lines including Accounting, Auditing, Business Advisory, Tax Consulting, Lending & Finance, Risk Advisory, General Insurance, Financial Advice, and Superannuation. I managed office based and regional marketing programs to generate business growth including brand awareness, stakeholder engagement, sponsorships, partnership relationships, seminars and events, client appreciation program, media and public relations, communications and a community connect program. In addition I was responsible for the local rollout of national campaigns.I gained Project Management experience at Coulter Roache Lawyers being responsible for the merger of two law firms, the commercial fitout of offices, integration of finance, IT, library and equipment as well as rebrand of the newly merged entity. This was achieved on budget and on time. I enjoyed the challenge and variety of work in this role and am keen to do more of this on a project or part time basis.

In this role I was responsible for all areas of management except finance which was handled by the then Managing Principal. I project managed the merger of two law firms to become Coulter Roache, project managed a 2,000sqm office fitout, upgrade of systems and equipment, and rebrand - developing the firm to almost triple in size over the 6 years I worked there.

During this period I participated in two mergers and rebrands as well as developing this greenfields role to become a team of 3.
