Hi, I’m Katie!During college, I changed my major twice before falling in love with marketing through an internship experience: Limbitless Solutions. There, I worked with an incredibly talented team of graphic designers, social media managers, photographers, blog writers, etc (the list of their talents is endless). Each day, I was fortunate to use social media as a medium to show the world bionic technology that promotes accessibility and inclusivity for people experiencing disabilities.After graduating from UCF, I began a job as a Jewelry Consultant at KAY Jewelers, but couldn’t keep away from social media management and all the skills I had gained through my internship. Family and friends began utilizing my social media and branding services, of which I gladly obliged, and I even photographed a wedding! In July of this year, I was fortunate to be contacted by Jessica Robinson, founder and CEO of Cohesive Brands, a full-service marketing and branding company located in my hometown. I’ve been privileged to work on social media planning, graphic design, and copywriting for clients as part of Cohesive Brands’ growing team - all while studying Jessica’s professional strategies and graphic design expertise. Jessica has proven to be an incredibly admirable and kind leader with a steadfast vision for Cohesive Brands. Through Jessica, I was recommended to NKP Medical, a top medical marketing agency, where I have recently accepted a Social Media Specialist position. I am extremely lucky to begin this new chapter with NKP while continuing my work with Cohesive Brands and KAY, and I look forward to evolving with an ever-changing industry. For me, it’s a wonderful callback to my team at Limbitless Solutions, who challenged me to tackle new opportunities head-on - as those skills acquired along the way carry you to what you’re meant to do.
