I lead our AI and Data teams to establish Digital Measurement, Reporting and Verification protocols for nature based projects to ensure high quality and accurate carbon crediting. As director I manage teams which provide Machine Learning solutions for forest conservation and restoration project baselines and biomass estimates from computer vision based understanding on remote sensors (like Satellite, LiDAR and aerial imagery) as well data platform teams to empower and serve our core data products.I bridged our sciences and product teams ensure Pachama's models could move from research to customer facing insights.

- Led the Graph Affinities and Pages AI team at LinkedIn, focused on ensuring the best use of the network you've grown and built on LinkedIn- Develop affinity models from LinkedIn's social and economic graph to improve relevance and personalization for members and companies through integration and customization with a number of different surfaces on the platform such as notifications and feed. We've focused on building a scalable, customizable graph neural network framework. - Focus on specific driving Company engagement on LinkedIn by improving distribution of Company content and improving the company admin experience to grow the Page ecosystems.

Assessed quality of large dataset of global places summarized from a variety of partner and web sources. Proactively addressed solutions for improving quality and consistency of our data. Simulated and designed energetically optimal gaits for MIT Cheetah. Used principles from biomechanics and the methods used by animals to study how a running robotic quadruped could most efficiently run. Built a model and simulation of the robot. Utilized shooting and collocation methods to perform trajectory optimization to find most efficient motions, controls and design parameters for the robotic cheetah.

Created a database of key parameters in design and testing of past control and power umbilicals-Analyzed database for areas to standardize in future umbilical designs.

Explored ocean wave dynamic instabilities and the resulting probability of rogue waves. Developed a MATLAB simulation of rogue wave occurrences.
