At Alpha Plus I am responsible for all administrative tasks pertaining to monthly Independent Fostering Panel meetings and Annual Reviews for Foster Carers. I manage and facilitate efficient and effective communication between social workers, foster carers, staff and other professionals to support the agency to provide safe and secure placements for vulnerable children. I am directly responsible for producing detailed and high quality meeting paperwork including extremely descriptive minutes, which provide evidence to the regulatory body of the competency of the agency and the quality of the services we provide. This documentation is critically important to the day-to-day efficiency of the agency and to evidence it's capability to function as highly-regarded service provider.

Liaising with clients raising Support cases with their software, maintaining records and managing workloads for Support engineers.Working closely with the Projects team to support effective communication with our clients to ensure bespoke development work and business change is successfully implemented. This includes general admin support for the team and also completing some Business Analysis work including the accurate capture of business requirements and the compiling of concise and detailed documents and specifications to allow developments to be correctly deployed.
