Focused on creating targeted solutions for key healthcare personas (e.g., HCPs, patients, specialty pharmacies, commercial payers, IDNs, alternative sites of care), resulting in actionable innovations for treatment adherence and market uptake.• Led human-centered design strategy for a Life Sciences Gen AI client engagement, aligning solutions with user needs, technological feasibility, and business goals.
