-Managed a team of 3 product managers who developed the front-end, back-end, analytical, measurement and BI/reporting applications for Gap Inc's homegrown Allocation & Store Planning technical products-Ensured that the PMs maintained their Jira boards and ran their sprints to Agile standards -Product managed the scrum team that developed of an allocation simulator that allowed us to A/B test different variables in optimizing stores' fulfillmentProduct Team accomplishments during my time-in-position:-Allocation Fulfillment Testing - A/B tested the margin impact of a unique allocation when the engine was fed different model stock inputs-Upgraded the Allocation web-based UI to AG Grid - streamlined the users' UX experience and reduced the number of defect incidents/tickets-SKU Reporting - Provided visibility down to size/store level data (tens of millions of records) with multi-day data refreshes in our PowerBI application-Scaled Upload - Increased the Store Planning application's upload capability from 7,000 to 500,000 records to support last-minute store closures & re-openings during Covid-19

-Head of Athleta's Inventory Strategy function, which supported Inventory Management, Store Planning, Allocation and Merchandising business partners with their technical and strategic needs-Provide cross-functional teams with product analytics and strategy recommendations. Examples include: store localization, color/style extensions, size expansions, omni-channel in stock optimization, seasonality, demand & net planning, discount rate improvements, and markdown/liability-Establish business requirements for GapTech rollouts/upgrades, and act as brand liaison between the business partners and the product managers, change managers and learning/development teams-Partner with Data Science and Advanced Analytics teams to help prioritize the business needs, and to determine the most effective way to incorporate their analytics into business processes

-Design/build a variety of reports/tools that integrate advanced analytics with complex Excel VBA programming. Examples include: In Season Reforecasting Suite, Size Profiling Suite, Minimum Buying Guide, Allocation Tracking, Markdown Recommendations, Season Code Forecaster, & Weekly Business Reporting
