As a Self-leadership coach and therapist, my mission is to support high-performers, entrepreneurs and leaders to become empowered, confident, courageous and authentic in both their personal and professional lives. As an Occupational Therapist, I run my own private practice supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, healing from emotionally immature parents and trauma recovery. I deliver workshops and presentations to organisations to equip individuals at all levels to develop strong emotional intelligence and resilience, develop their Self (inner) leadership skills and create their own map of meaning, purpose and fulfilment. I also deliver new and refreshing perspectives on burn out, leadership, conflict resolution and decision making from an Internal Family Systems perspective. My approach is rooted in psychotherapy and empowering individuals to navigate and support their own inner worlds by healing and re-writing stories from the past in order to create a meaningful future inspired by their dreams and true potential. I have seen time and time again, the power of taking the road less travelled and the willingness to turn inwards in order to create thriving personal and professional experiences.
