Organized and hosted multiple recruitment events for the spring and fall semesters. Created marketing materials for the organization, including recruitment-specific materials and general flyers; hosted tables at multiple campus events to help increase engagement. Responsible for the chapter’s largest recruitment class, and took steps to help increase retention and engagement among more senior members.

Responsible for a building of 700+ students, fostering community among residents, mediating conflict, keeping students safe and taking charge of emergency situations.

Tutored young students aged kindergarten through high school to help them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills needed to solve math problems within and above their grade level.Met with students individually to cater to their needs and strengthen their weaker areas to help them become more well-rounded.
