Human Resources and purchasing

Alutiiq provides staffing services to the federal government. I managed the paper file system for over 3000 active employees, plus inactive and I-9 files. I met with special investigators from ICE, OMB, DHS and others to conduct file reviews. I processed unemployment claims. I updated demographics in HRIS.

Input Human Resources data for all US and Canada Avis-Budget locations to facilitate hiring, firing, salary changes, and all other personnel actions into Oracle HRIS. Provided data entry support for HR, Administrative Assistants, Managers and employees.

Screen forms and documents received at Amerigroup/WellPoint. Evaluate for medical necessity appeals, payment disputes, etc. Log appeals to initiate the appeals process, send acknowledgment letters and route the documents to the proper business units for resolution, as appropriate.

Provided accurate data entry services at lightning speeds all day. Pay was based on keystroke volume. I type 98 words per minute.
