We represent and gather information for the client at various events such as college football/ basketball games, food and music festivals, or at the client's store. We use experiential marketing to advertise the client's business or product. The tactic we use depends on the product, a few examples are accumulating survey responses, giving out promotional items, or providing fun activities for the customers to participate in.

From April 2015 to April 2016 I had the opportunity to work at EDR's Georgia Heights, an apartment complex in the heart of Downtown Athens. I joined the team during the development stage as a Marketing and Outreach Assistance and learned to work past the challenge of making a sale before we had a product. Once the building opened, my role changed to Community Assistant, which meant I became one of the residents' go-to figures when they needed assistance. I helped with lockouts, residential conflicts, and even the occasional maintenance request. In the office I gave tours, answered phone calls, and assisted in various projects to keep the office organized.
