Finalised the change process by including in timetables and ensuring staff were fully trained to complete the task or report.• Implemented a revised month end process to enable reports to be run centrally at the start of the month to reduce report running errors and speed up the production process.• Introduced a reconciliation process before each month end to ensure the reporting data sources were as accurate as possible to minimise the risk of errors and the amount of manual amendments required. -
