In my role at Espiritu Schools I serve as a master teacher, coaching developing teachers and leading a team of teachers in data analysis, planning, and preparing for state testing. I offer both AP Literature and Composition and AP Art History to our honors students in addition to the 12 grade English course. Whenever I’m not teaching, I am the schools academic counselor helping students graduate and achieve their post high school goals. I work one on one with students on their individual plans, but this role also includes working with school leaders on course offerings, strategies, and partnerships that prepare or students for the future. This is my fourth year working on our schools graduation and college and career readiness goals.
