As a ski instructor I worked with students ages 3-16 on the foundation of skins and basic skills. I would create lesson plans and report back to my supervisor at the end of the day with the progress. At the end of a 6-week session I would assess the students progress and determine if they were ready to move forward or stay in the same level class.
