I am highly motivated, team focused Chemical Process Engineer who has done a bit of everything in my over eight year career in oil and gas. My first three years I learned to size equipment (heat exchangers with HTRI, vessels or pumps), instrumentation (PSVs, control valves with Fisher, temperature/pressure/level transmitters), calculate hydraulics (Arrow, Fathom, Hysys), develop PIDs, and build/modify simulations in Aspen Hysys. I spent the next two years as an owners engineer role working to develop and execute small projects as the project engineer. I've spent the last few years as an operations/field engineer working on capital projects, managing MOCs and PHA action items, and keeping midstream gas plant assets running smoothly. I've worked on refining and midstream projects and currently work on gas plants in Oklahoma. I have experience with ASME Section VIII, API 520/521 and DOT 192 codes. When I'm not working you can typically find me reading a good book, attending a Broadway show, walking around campus or my neighborhood with my two French Bulldogs, or singing to whatever music is playing.
