Performed configuration management duties including receiving, inventorying, tracking, creating reports, and delivering change data in support of the MH-47G Technical Publications Program. Administered document management databases including access control, version control, audit trails, workflows and approval process for U.S. Army Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), using Microsoft Access and Visual Source Safe. Provided skilled input to support and improve the database process and information flow. Assigned workflow to maximize team efficiency. Created and maintained Excel spreadsheets to track data and provide management with workflow reports. Utilized editing skills to conduct quality control of the IETM changes, and assisted the team with other changes to the MH-47G program. Assisted all publication team members to execute the delivery of technical and printed flight manuals for the MH-47G in a professional and timely manner.

Provided superior administrative support, test and report editing, timekeeping, and inventory control to the Human Factors Division (contractor) of the U.S. Army Aviation Flight Test Directorate. Processed expense reports and handled temporary duty (TDY) requests for human factors engineers. Participated in Army human factors engineering testing as a 5th percentile female test subject for the Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) competition (June 2006) and for the Joint Cargo Aircraft (JCA) competition (November 2006). Participated in numerous other human factors tests as a 5th percentile female test subject.
