Adapting to different working environments as no event is ever the same. I work within a large ever-changing team in high pressure situations. Maintaining team motivation and staying calm when dealing with difficult situations.

Working within a large team over the busy Christmas period. My main role was to operate tills effectively, complete stock management and help customers to find products that fit their wants.

I provided a personal service, whilst taking orders for one the most important events in the customer's life. I participated in various wedding shows presenting our wedding dresses and suits and was often left alone supervising the shop floor.
