About Kathryn Spears

In case we haven’t met… I am a dedicated trauma-informed Neuro-Somatic Practitioner. My journey began as a recovering workaholic and perfectionist, driven by a fascination with the human brain and nervous system.I help high-achieving women pursue their biggest goals and passions without compromising their mental and physical health. My mission? To help women to hack their brain and nervous system so they can foster sustainable growth and re-pattern behaviors like people-pleasing, perfectionism, and high-stress coping mechanisms. These outdated behaviors often lead to a cycle of burnout, preventing women from reaching their next growth level.My approach is rooted in applied neurology, tailored to individuals' life experiences and circumstances. This method goes beyond cognitive mindset shifts, offering transformative results. Through Neuro-Somatic Intelligence, I equip women with tools and strategies for long-term, sustainable change, helping women to master their brain and nervous system so they aren’t defeated with feelings overwhelmed, chronic stress, or anxiety.I am committed to trauma-informed care, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for growth. I believe in living a balanced life where one can pursue their wildest dreams without sacrificing long-term health and wellness. I’ve lived the hustle and lived a lifestyle of putting everyone and everything else first, until my health stopped me dead in my tracks. Through nervous system rehabilitation I’ve rewired my brain, untangled patterns and can still chase after my dreams but without the detriment to my health and well being. You can too!
