In Vitro Testing of Implantable Biosensor:• Developed an effective method for drying PLGA/PVA hydrogel biomaterial coating to be used in coating a biosensor• Assisted in the development of different preparation procedures of microspheres to achieve a uniform size distribution• Created microspheres with Bovine Albumin protein to mimic burst responses of dexamethasone loaded microspheres
