Kathryn Spritzer has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate asset management, project management, and transactions among diverse stakeholders in both the private and public sectors. With a deep knowledge of value creation through property acquisition and disposition, leasing, operational, and capital strategies, Kathryn applies private sector best practices to large public sector land acquisition programs.Kathryn is active in the NAIOP Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge competition where graduate real estate students from the University of Colorado and the University of Denver create development plans for an assigned site. A founder of the Susan Stanton Leadership Academy and a mentor in CREW Denver, Kathryn is passionate about elevating the next generation of commercial real estate professionals. In addition, she is a top fundraiser and served as Board Chair of the National MS Society Colorado-Wyoming chapter, and is a member of the Alpine Chorale.
