I represented the Digital Channel with Enterprise Marketing for Entertainment product offerings. I worked with the Strategy, System Assessment, Tech Dev, Go-to-Market, Sales Operations and Call Center teams to make sure the Digital channel was ready for national offer launches. Often times we had to get really creative on how to make the systems work to fit what Marketing was asking for in very shortened timelines!I also drove the Go-To-Market plans into our Digital teams with creative and content strategy for Advertising, SEO, Paid Search, Merchandising, Online Catalog and Back Office. Customer experience, Prioritization, timelines and path to production were managed tightly to ensure successful delivery. I also was point of contact for any risks and road blocks resolution with responsibility for status read-outs and escalations to Executive Leadership. I was known by my peers and Leadership as a problem solver! Outside of that busy schedule, I consulted into our Test and Learn offer development POD.
