For the last 15 years, I have been advancing upwards in the restaurant and hospitality industry. As my resume shows, I started and worked for three years in a corporate fast food chain. After that, I advanced and spent several years with a casual dining establishment. I helped to successfully reopen a restaurant in the midst of a Pandemic. Most recently I began working at SoHo House. I have been working in the restaurant/hospitality industry in Austin for over six years. I started at Winebelly where I served for two years. Here I learned from the many wine reps and my sommelier/manager to further my wine knowledge. After just one year, I was hosting parties for tasting events private and public for several wineries. In 2017, I took a position at Enoteca where my wine knowledge earned me a bartending position. Finally, In addition to Enoteca, I started working as a server at another fine dining establishment, Rosewood. Within months of the restaurant opening was then promoted to Assistant General Manager. Before coming to SoHo House Austin in 2022, I spent three years at Sway–a modern Thai restaurant. I started there as a service manager, where I mastered the beverage program. I then progressed to Assistant General Manager where I revamped the entire service program for all front of house positions–and did so during a global pandemic. Recently as the Senior Food and Beverage Manager at SoHo house I have coordinated all front of house scheduling to exceed all labor margins put in place. I organize training schedules for all new employees. Helped train all front of house managers. I hold all staff to SoHo’s highest hospitality standards including engaging with members daily to understand their needs, how we can better serve them, and how we can grow as a team and a business.
