o Develop policies in conjunction with regulatory requirements and coordinate annual board approval, as well as facilitate the documents’ review process.o Manage two compliance analyst positions to perform independent reviews on various business lines (retail and lending) to identify potential risks and ensure an effective state of compliance. o Act as a key liaison during federal and state Compliance/Community Reinvestment Act regulatory exams.o Maintain the Bank’s Complaint Management Program to allow for the reporting of trends to upper management on a monthly and quarterly basis.o Design an online compliance training curriculum for board approval and implementation bank wide. o Prepare and present an annual training program to the Board of Trustees covering areas including, the overall Compliance Management System of the Bank, as well as, FACT Act, UDAAP, and Social Media compliance. o Coordinate external consulting relationships to ensure a well-rounded compliance monitoring schedule founded on a regulatory compliance risk assessment. o Develop, organize, and execute quarterly compliance committee meetings. o Prepare the required annual report on the Bank’s state of compliance with the FACT Act.o Provide support to thirty-five branch locations and back offices in the interpretation of key regulatory requirements. o Active member of the Bank’s Innovation Focus Group, comprised of several members of the Bank’s middle management and tasked with furthering the Bank’s strategic initiatives through innovation and creativity.

o Assembled a quarterly compliance newsletter (Compliance Corner). o Performed annual branch visits to ensure regulatory compliance.o Aided in the development of quarterly compliance committee meetings with the Assistant BSA Officer.o Formalized the Bank’s Complaint Management Program.
