The Geneseo School of Business Instagram page aims to connect current, prospective and past students with faculty as well as with current resources and campus ongoings. Managed a nine person team to increase engagement with 800+ followers through post curation; focusing on building community and highlighting a range of opportunities while aligning with the Schools core values.

The Geneseo Marketing club and chapter of the American Marketing Association is an organization of students committed to building their marketing and professional skills. Collaborated with fellow executive board members to manage student and faculty outreach to grow membership by 100% and compete in the annual AMA case competition for Wall Street Journal. Pursuing this role developed critical & creative thinking, collaboration and communication skills.

• Assisted customers and sold sports related items such as apparel, footwear and equipment as cashier and sales associate. • Mediated in store customer and employee relations at the checkout in addition to training and leading new hires as head cashier. • Aided managers in overseeing the check out counter and carried out special transactions in order to ensure economic perfection. • Utilized interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to customer satisfaction in order to maintain a favorable relationship between customers and the company.
