As a Marketing Manager for Norton Healthcare, I develop, implement and evaluate strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand recognition, grow performance and drive volume for Norton Cancer Institute. As the Senior Graphic Designer, I lead advertising, marketing and design efforts for the Kentucky Derby Museum, as well as served as the head photographer for the Museum. I supported the design needs for several departments, including visitor services, retail, rentals (sales), collections, membership, and events, including the annual Derby-week gala. In 2016, I helped lead the re-branding efforts alongside advertising agency Doe-Anderson, resulting in the development of a new logo and brand standards. About the Kentucky Derby MuseumThe Kentucky Derby Museum, which sits on the front steps of historic Churchill Downs, is a visible part of the Louisville, Kentucky community and one of the premiere attractions in the city. Graciously welcoming over 210,000 guests through the doors each year, the Museum gives a firsthand look at the event for which Louisville is known worldwide. The Museum aims to provide a lasting impression of tradition, hospitality and pride to its many visitors.

As an Account Executive for Scoppechio, I supported the advertising efforts for 14 hospitals on the Community Health Systems account. I worked alongside the healthcare marketing director for each hospital to create strategic advertising plans, as well as internally communicated with Scoppechio's media and creative teams to execute media placements and design needs within my clients' budgets. In addition, I served as a team leader on Scoppechio’s pro-bono account, Cre8 Hope, and helped develop a strategic advertising campaign aimed to end school violence. As the Photographer's Assistant on the Summer 2011 Voyage of Semester at Sea, I assisted the Head Photographer in capturing and editing photos, interviewing students, faculty & staff, and compiling data, among other responsibilities. Throughout the voyage, I visited eight different countries and quickly adapted to the settings in which I was placed, allowing me to work closely alongside people of many different backgrounds. About Semester at SeaSemester at Sea is a multi-country study abroad program on a ship open to all students of all majors, emphasizing global comparative study.

Along with a university professor, I co-instructed a class of freshman students at Western Kentucky University in their University Experience class, which helps students adapt to college level courses. I acquainted them with the university, taught successful study habits, graded papers, and assisted them in learning more about productivity and time management skills.
