In my role as the NCAFP's Director of CME & Events, I’m deeply involved in both strategic planning and execution, ensuring every detail aligns with my team’s vision.From intimate board meetings to expansive conferences with 850+ attendees and 40+ speakers, I’ve orchestrated a diverse range of events. My goal is to craft impactful and unforgettable experiences for every participant.My expertise spans sponsorship management, attendee and speaker coordination, site inspections, detailed RFPs—including food and beverage needs—and vendor selection. I excel in maintaining budgets and meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects with a commitment to quality.My tenure at NCAFP has equipped me with extensive knowledge in database and event management programs, and I’m a proud Cvent aficionado. I enjoy pushing creative boundaries by developing event-specific marketing materials, designing collateral, crafting conference websites and mobile apps, and writing engaging newsletters and magazine articles.The most rewarding part of my job?
