Responsible for the P&L for Small Group product, working with many leaders across the company (including operations, sales, marketing, product, legal, pricing and portfolio management) while managing the partnership with Cigna. Grew product from 0 to $200M in annualized premium revenue in 15 months from launch.

Led the growth marketing team through transition to hyper-efficient and localized marketing strategies across individual, small group, and Medicare Advantage, supporting company's growth to $2 billion in revenue and 400,000 members. Increased our spend efficiency over 25% with market-specific growth strategies. Expanded small group product and successfully launched Medicare Advantage product. Responsible for marketing strategy, sales enablement, product positioning, media & acquisition, broker marketing, and regional marketing. Most proud of setting the groundwork to build and scale the team over 2 years, including vision, team norms, and prioritization.

LAUNCH is an elite accelerator program for the top faculty, alumni and student run startups throughout the University of California system. I was responsible for strategy and execution of programming, mentorship, and community for 20+ startups in the LAUNCH cohort

Reported to VP of Product while working closely with product, marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering teams. Developed market segmentation and competitive positioning, led redesign of company website, developed and tracked all sales enablement collateral (sales deck, one-pagers, case studies, and product videos), executed user surveys, implemented and tracked all product usage and sales metrics utilizing Salesforce, Mixpanel, SQL, Hubspot, and Google Analytics.

Joined EverTrue as Chief of Staff, initially responsible for working with leadership as well as on Finance & Operations responsibilities for growing team. Supported development of key company presentations, OKR goal setting process, recruiting and hiring, AR/AP and revenue schedule as well as various analyses related to operations, pricing, customer success, and business development.

Additional project experience as part of Strategy & Operations practice. Mentored Business Analysts entering the firm and beginning projects. Led brand strategy refresh at education non-profit working with organization's Board, leadership team, and key stakeholders. Developed financial model for pharmaceutical company to support vendor consolidation.
