Throughout that program I was able to gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a people leader, build upon and develop new skills, and gain invaluable experience in mentoring others within the company. But at the end of the day, I'm really just a regular dog mom who can never decide if she loves the beach or the mountains more, occasionally drinks a bit too much coffee, and just wants to life my life intentionally.
