Chief People Officer
Current• Human Resources/Recruiting- Create and manage the hiring process, job postings and pipeline, project staffing and recruiting. Benefit plan administration and renewals. Create and manage performance management and compensation analysis. Create and administer employee separation notices and documentation and conduct exit interviews. Analyze and report on people-related metrics and KPIs. Responsible for employee relations, management, and staff training. Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends. D+I plan and initiatives.• Team Building - Create unique events for the staff to boost morale and increase productivity. Panning and coordinating company-wide events, birthday lunches, and programs for wellness.• Finance- Ensure the overall smooth running of the Company's internal administration and its cost-effectiveness. Work closely with the CEO and managing director to manage client billing, employee expenses, and account receivables. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. • Administration -Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for office. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) Assist colleagues whenever necessary.• Marketing- Responsible for social media accounts and events.
