I have developed and maintained a successful outreach program with touchpoints, schedules, and metrics for current FreshySites clients. My role requires that I maintain positive client relationships and be a client's advocate for helping and supporting their business. I was responsible for coordinating with the account manager and web development team to be sure web builds are on schedule and adequately meet the client's needs with both design and features. I was also responsible for assisting with populating content on pages and assisting the development team with other tasks. I met with clients to determine the scope of new web projects and communicated the scope to the development team to obtain quotes for the projects. Lastly, I provided web content management training to clients as needed.
