CurrentAs Manager of Consulting Services in the Continuing Medical Education & Professional Development team, I manage a team of consultants providing leadership development, coaching, and organizational development consulting to the organization. I also help lead the organization's Wellness strategy and programming.My work includes:Coaching senior and executive leaders (Over 250+ hours of 1:1 coaching in this role to-date) and leading our internal coaching program. Designing and delivering on leadership development strategy. Articulating the leadership development pathway. Leading my team in designing and facilitating programs and resources to support leadership development across the organization.Determining necessary leadership competencies to support leadership development. Helping design and lead a national Permanente Medicine leadership development program for high-performing physician leaders.Providing customized organizational development support and change interventions for leaders/departments.Collaborating on strategic ways to engage, empower, support, and grow employees, and in particular how to nurture and develop leaders in the organization.I have a PhD in organizational communication, am an ICF Associate Certified Coach and Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West, am PROSCI- Change Management certified, have over 60 hours in mediation training, am a certified DiSC communication styles trainer, and have an ATD certificate in Strategic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
