Delivery on these objectives required specific focus on strategic planning, space selection, exhibit design, vendor management, show services, housing, and onsite execution. In addition to traditional corporate trade show exhibits, I also coordinated logistics of a multi-city B2B mobile marketing tour featuring an 80-foot tractor-trailer. In recognition of innovation in leveraging mobile marketing at multiple client touch points including trade shows, sales visits, and client end-user events, I received the Gold Award for Best Mobile Marketing (Event Marketer, 2004). To improve event measurement I introduced use of ROO (return on objective) based strategic planning and post-event surveys. -
