Consolidate monthly world-wide financial results and forecasts and attend business unit calls, including leading calls; provide timely reports/analyses to senior leadership/BOD. Assist in annual strategic plan and budget process, including attending global business reviews and preparing analyses for senior leadership. Mentor/supervise Finance Leadership Development Team staff and assist with performance reviews. Provide leadership for Hyperson Financial Management maintenance and templates.

Plan, perform, and report to management on SOX, financial and operational audits in the US and internationally. Develop staff through mentoring and on the job supervision /performance review of Financial Leadership Development Program associates. Assist in development of annual risk assessment and audit plan. Coordinate work completed for external auditors.

Provide financial and SOX attest services to small to large public, private companies, and not-for-profit organizations. Manage overall audit scope and teams (up to 9 staff) and provide supervision/performance reviews to staff on the job, as well as in mentoring relationships and formal training.
