Under Ronald A. Cook; Researching, designing, testing, and developing design guidelines for alternative signal/sign support structures, funded by the FDOT. The purpose of the research project is to develop an alternative to anchor bolts as the primary method of transferring load from the monopole to the support structure.

Simultaneously taught the courses: Public Works Planning, Public Works Management, and the Civil and Coastal Engineering Department's section of Introduction to Engineering. Created lesson plans, obtained guest speakers relevant to the field, lectured in front of 50+ students, and objectively graded.

Assist engineers in various project execution tasks such as preparing cost estimates, quantity calculations, directing CADD operators, menial Microstation tasks, aid in the completing of the QA/QC process, and performing various structural analyses such as load ratings and capacity analyses.

Assist the teaching and grading of the Technical Drawing and Visualization course, which encompasses AutoCAD knowledge and manual drafting skills. Aided in the organization of the course and taught lectures for 130+ students.

Prepare contract documents including cost estimates and statements of scope. Aided in the of design preliminary water and wastewater transmission systems for a planned development, and general AutoCAD work, aiding the CADD operators.
