As a Family Support Worker, I supervised visits between foster children and their biological parents. Often times I was tasked with modeling appropriate parenting behavior for biological parents during their visits. My duties also included safety planning with both biological and foster parents , and advocating for my clients when dealing with both foster parents and case workers.

As a Desk Assistant I ensured the residence hall was safe and secured. I assisted students in picking up packages, getting new room keys, and checking out movies and equipment.
