As a forensic genetic genealogist, I use DNA testing to identify unknown persons and provide leads to law enforcement on criminal cases where DNA is available. Often, we are able to solve cold cases that have gone unsolved for decades, bringing peace and justice to victims and their loved ones.

As a research manager at AncestryProGenealogists I am responsible to research and manage 80+ concurrent genealogy research sessions. I also have the opportunity to lead the research for some of the celebrities on "Who Do You Think You Are." My areas of specialty are genetic genealogy, adoption and unknown parentage research, U.S. Midwest, and Western.

As founder and head researcher for Generations Bound, a genealogy research company, I sought to help my clients connect with their ancestors by uncovering their life stories, and sharing them in a meaningful way with friends and family.

I worked directly with troubled teens in the development of positive coping strategies as they dealt with everyday difficulties such as school, peer relationships, family relationships, etc. The youth were admitted to the treatment center for problems including drug abuse, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, etc.
