Led the Professional Services Organization (PSO) recruitment practice for this pre-IPO B2B software company targeting the insurance and financial services industry. Created a ground floor recruitment effort including the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System, rolled out policy and training for behavioral interviewing and managed hands-on recruitment effort for national consulting practice hires. Skills recruited included leadership and management, software inside/outside salespersons, custom development resources, business analysts, and product training talent.

Directed National Oracle Applications and Pacific Southwest Experienced Hire Recruiting efforts with an emphasis on Business Consulting talent acquisition. Led recruitment best practices, cultural diversity training, behavioral interview training, talents sourcing training, and new hire orientations/benefits briefings. Built a national sourcing team based out of Utah, including hands-on training and mentoring of sourcers. Led the recruitment planning and initial stages implementation for the firm's global GM/Peoplesoft installation engagement. Business Consulting recruitment lead for Arthur Andersen which included 140+ hires of seasoned experienced hire talent during a highly competitive market push for technology-related resources based in the Pacific Southwest.
