Skills recruited included leadership and management, software inside/outside salespersons, custom development resources, business analysts, and product training talent.

Directed National Oracle Applications and Pacific Southwest Experienced Hire Recruiting efforts with an emphasis on Business Consulting talent acquisition. Led recruitment best practices, cultural diversity training, behavioral interview training, talents sourcing training, and new hire orientations/benefits briefings. Built a national sourcing team based out of Utah, including hands-on training and mentoring of sourcers. Led the recruitment planning and initial stages implementation for the firm's global GM/Peoplesoft installation engagement.
