Ran “Hit Squad” to remedy top client issues. • Project: Systems Outsourcing Assessment - Major US Online Brokerage Firmo Directed 6-person team to assess Brokerage Trading System readiness for a major Online Brokerage Firm, resulting in 19-month master project plan for a $150M integration.• Project: Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) Remediations - 2 Large UK bankso Implemented PPI remediation program, paying out £21B on 25K claims/week, with 7K team members.o Overhauled 100+ PPI processes, ensuring internal and external compliance.o Responded to UK government regulators on behalf of a UK bank, reporting on remediation progress and maintaining compliance.o Designed dual processes and infrastructure to process PPI claims after the divestiture of 500 branches.• Project: Banking Merger Integration - Large UK banko Migrated 3.5k ATMs for 1K branches during post-merger integration; developed and ran the command center that oversaw bank and vendor execution, issue resolution, and reporting.

Pre-and post-merger integration, Legal Day-1 execution, and SME to clients for Online Banking and BillPay initiatives. • Project: Legal Day 1, Merger, and System Consolidation Projects – Major US Banko Conducted offshoring viability assessment for wealth management applications, resulting in a $30M outsourcing deal through creation of assessment tool and project prioritization model.o Executed Legal Day 1 for a $50B Brokerage acquisition, conducted due diligence, created 100+ page rules of engagement, and managed cross-bank IT access.o Led rebranding for a $21B acquisition that touched over 1.5K instances of brand use in forms, marketing materials, web pages, e-commerce portals, and telephone banking.o Consulted as an online banking and bill pay SME during banking merger implementation.• Project: Integration Architecture - Multinational HR Conversion – Global Banko Implemented rigorous RFP process for a new HR payroll and benefits platform, coordinated vendor interviews, reviewed, and scored responses to RFPs with 450+ questions.o Led large-scale Transformation of multinational HR conversion (4 countries, 2 continents); established controls for conversion (10,000+ employees) and executed rigorous international RFP process.

Pre-and post-merger integration focused on eCommerce channels.• Project: Online Bill Pay and Lending Migrations - Major US Banko Migrated more than 25 million online banking and bill pay records, including complex login credentials, for banking acquisition as part of full-cycle program. o Remediated 15K customer legacy acquisition by migrating all e-commerce, customer service, and telephone banking to the national standard. o Transferred consumer mortgages, credit lines, and non-secured loans to 3 new platforms.
