Processed over 1,400 short term contracts that provided $6.5M worth of supplies and services.• Designed and implemented a new training curriculum on supply, transportation, and fiscal management for junior officers and instructed the course to over 70 students as professional development. • Managed supply and services contracts for annual training, national training center rotations, and pre-deployment training for over 3,000 National Guard members, worth over $16M.

Bamberg Area, Germany

Managed a team of 5 soldiers. Responsible for planning and executing all supply, maintenance, and transportation operations for 5 organizations dispersed over 11 military installations in Germany. Anticipated the organization’s logistical and budget requirements.• Planned, contracted, and managed a logistical support area worth over $6M in contracts that accommodated nearly 1,100 soldiers from Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, and the United States, in Riga, Latvia during a two-week joint training exercise.• Developed and managed the unit’s supply chain logistics training program for junior soldiers. Oversaw 5 instructors, approved individual company training plans, and validated training of over 130 individuals. • Organized and coordinated an onsite leadership development workshop studying World War II in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

During a 15 month deployment to Iraq was selected to lead a temporary Human Resources Company Headquarters which managed 5 postal teams and 5 casualty liaison teams operating within Northern Iraq. Resourced and tracked redeployment, training, and operational requirements for 20 units within Northern Iraq.
