Lead Balance Sheet and Cash Flow planning, reporting and modeling in collaboration with Treasurer for NWC, cash and net debt planning/impact. Manage external monthly reporting to the executive team and board of directors, Prepare quarterly BOD reporting & Investor reporting as needed.Manage financial reporting relationship with subsidiaries; collaborate with Accounting Director to prepare consolidated financials for month-end reporting to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.Facilitate Executive Team monthly management review of current year initiatives.Own Capital Expenditure planning and depreciation forecast for total company. Partner in preparation and presentation of long range, annual and monthly plans and forecasts.

* Assist in the development, communication, and management of the company budget and latest estimate timelines, ensuring all information requirements and reporting deadlines are met.* Prepare monthly reporting to senior management, including the compilation of company income statements and supporting schedules and analyses.* Create the CFO’s monthly financial presentation to the management team, analyze business trends by customer segments and product groups, track plan versus actual results highlighting key business drivers, and identify risks and opportunities.* Work closely with the sales forecasting team to understand the price, volume, and mix impact on full year financials.* Compile monthly forecast information from business owners, understanding material upside and downside risk to the company financial plan.
